Also, I’ll be able to tell you what to change up, stop, start, or tweak to keep things progressing at the rate you would like in order to achieve your goals. Check- ins will hold you accountable and allow me to see what needs to be tweaked. 

  • If you are going out to eat, have an event or taking a vacation, I’m your go-to on what to do, what to order, how to handle the situation and how to prepare beforehand so you stay on track, yet still enjoy yourself in social situations.

  • We’ll be focusing on making your diet tailored to you and even coming up with “better” and maybe not always “best” options, because I am realistic and this is a lifestyle, not a detox.

  • My coaching is meant to guide you and give you the confidence and tools to sustain this lifestyle and continue eating compliantly (with indulgences) while crushing your goals long after the 21 days. 

  • Lastly, you’ll have access to me via WHATSAPP around the clock. We send messages all throughout the day so I can guide and answer any questions that come up-so they will never go forgotten or unanswered! I am with you in real time and am ready for any situation you may have on the spot or for the future.
